We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Still, we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the instructions you received in the membership program(s)/Course(s)/Lesson(s). The Company provides a 30-day money-back guarantee for the Program (s). The following terms govern that money-back guarantee.
To qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work in the course/lessons and it did not work for you. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 30 days after signing up (registering for a membership program and or course), contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know you'd like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 Canada & US Eastern Time. You must include your coursework/lesson work with your request for a refund. You will not be granted a refund if you request a refund and do not include your coursework/lesson work by the 30th day.
The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:
• Requirement 1: Complete and attach any assessment(s) you were asked to fill-out inside the "Start here" section.
• Requirement 2: Attach any interaction you had on the membership Forum during that period.
• Requirement 3: Complete and attach, through audio or video, all of the given assignments for every single lesson you receive during that period.
• Requirement 4: Tell us why this course/membership program was not a good fit for you. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the Program?
We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable. You are responsible for the total amount of the fees for the program/course regardless of whether you complete the program/course. We will NOT provide more than one refund even if you meet the conditions a second time.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund according to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

Once you sign up, you will be able to start attending classes and receiving assignments to help you progress on guitar!
